Esto es lo malo de usar un sistema de ficheros obsoleto como es FAT

FAT??? el HD interno no será FAT puesto que tengo ficheros mayores de 4GB dentro, te referías al externo?

El sistema de ficheros del hdd interno no es FAT, si no recuerdo mal utiliza un sistema de ficheros propio.

Por lo que estuve leyendo, en realidad hay mucha confusion en cuanto que sistema de fichero tiene la PS3. Supuestamente por lo que vi es FAT32.
Les dejo un chat que huvo en la pagina oficial de PlayStation con un ingeniero de la compañia (esta en ingles)

James : Because there are no game data save files that would take up more than 4GB
steve: no not the game save file but the game install data file do
James : When you install a game onto the PS3 hard drive it does not install the entire game, just certain information which will allow the game to run more smoothly than if all the data was being read from the disc. Also this enables the auto-save feature on some games

No estoy de acuerdo...

Hay backups con archivos de más de 4Gb y funcionan perfectamente en el hdd interno de la PS3, por lo tanto no puede ser FAT32

Si vos lo decis, te creo no uso backups.
Entonces las otras opciones son un sistema de archivos propio o UFS2 (Unix File System)
Ojo, solo muestro lo que leo, no lo estoy diciendo yo esto

Yo tengo el juego de GT5 instalado oficialmente en el HDD y me ocupa unos 32GB
Y el Infamous también y me ocupa 7GB
Y funcionan bien.

Yo tambien tengo el Infamous que ocupa mas de 4GB pero se me pasa por la cabeza de que un juego oficial no es un unico archivo sino varios, por lo tanto no es un archivo de 7GB sino varios de menos GB.Vuelvo y repito, estoy delirando, suponiendo, no aseguro nada soy terrible noob yo

Eso no tiene nada que ver Rasta, los backups estan compuestos por muchos archivos. Un backup te puede ocupar 20Gb y no tener ningun archivo que supere los 4Gb.
