No sé si alguien ha comprado alguna vez en la tienda play.com??
El otro día pedí un juego (de 2ª mano) en dicha tienda, y tengo 4 cargos de 1 eur. cada uno, y después me mandan un mail que dice

At this time we are unable to process your order as your credit/debit card
details do not match the details held by, or because payment has been
declined by your credit/debit card issuer.
To proceed with your order please check and amend the following:
Card number
Expiry date
Valid from date
Issue number
CV2 (3 digit code on the signature line of your credit card)
You can do this by logging into your online account
https://www.play.com/integratedlogin.aspx and clicking on credit/debit
card option from the "your account" section on the left hand side of the
page.
You may also want to ensure your payment card has been activated, and that
there are sufficient funds available to proceed, otherwise we will be
unable to take payment for the order.
Additionally please check you are using one of our accepted methods of
payment (Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro (excluding Laser),
MasterCard, Switch and Solo).
Please note that PlayTrade orders are only held for 7 days. After this
time your order will be automatically cancelled and it will be necessary
to place the order again.

Entiendo con este mail que me faltan algunos datos (todavía no sé cuales), que los corrija ya que si no es así en el plazo de 7 dias de cancelarán el pedido.
Los modifico, y me vuelven a pasar 3 cargos de 1 eur. y me mandan otro email igual...
Ya me canso y lo cancelo el pedido...
Un día después, hago otro pedido del mismo juego, pero con otra tarjeta... Resultado, me mandan otro email diferente que dice:

When we tried to process your credit/debit card it was declined by your bank. We would ask you to please check all of the card details carefully.
Your CREDIT CARD may have been declined because the card number, expiry date or start date is incorrect.
If you are using a DEBIT CARD the card number, expiry date or start date may be incorrect. FOR Solo and Switch cards the issue number should also be checked.
If you have checked your details and they are correct it may be that your bank has declined your card as part of a random security check. In this situation you will need to contact your bank to allow the card to be processed.
So you don't miss out and to get your order to you as soon as possible, we have reserved any Play.com items you have ordered, and will dispatch them as soon as we can process your card. Unfortunately any PlayTrade items or Play.com Tickets you ordered could not be reserved, but may still be available for purchase on the site.

Y también me han cobrado 1,20 euros por cada cargo que me hicieron. Eso sí, automáticamente me pusieron "declined" en el último pedido, como si me lo hubieran cancelado automáticamente. Pero la prueba del euro sí me la han hecho.
A ver si alguien me puede explicar esto que hace esta gente...
Porque yo he comprado en otra tienda (zavvi), y sí es cierto que la prueba la hacen igual, pero no he tenido ningún problema con ellos!!!
