Lo que pasa es que no has instalado ningún driver...

Con ese PC venía algún CD?

Para Usar ese informe tienes que saber que es lo que te falta,
Lo que sabemos con certeza es que te falta el audio y la conexión a Internet.
Bien, en el informe deberás de Buscar AUDIO. En este caso te dirá que tarjeta de audio tienes. Simplemente con buscar este driver en Internet Suficiente.
Seguidamente buscas tarjeta de Red, una vez localizado la tarjeta que tienes, deberás de buscarlo por Internet.

Si quieres puedes pergar el recorte html que te aparece para que te podamos ayudar.


P.D Para la próxima vez, antes de formatear hay que tener claro que es lo que se necesita. En caso de no saber nada hay dos pasos:
1- Informarse antes
2- Darle el PC a algún Informático para que este te lo haga

gracias freeman por tu ayuda,¿ ke tengo ke bajarme los tres drivers? (audio--lan--sata raid) y otra cosa ¿como se instalan? y si despues de instalar estos drivers me faltaria algo mas o ya podria conectarme y tener sonido. muchas gracias freeman por tu ayuda.

hombre te recomiendo que te bajes los tres.
Cuando te los descarges verás si es un .exe o que...simplemente ejecuta y sigues los pasos que se te indica en el instalador.

la proxima vez antes de formatear, realiza una backup de los drivers, asi no te volvera a ocurrir esto

ok fidelcastro, es mi primera vez....y ya sabes. mira ya e logrado instalar los driver "lan" y tengo internet, el problema ke tengo dos navegadores (mozzilla y explore) el mozzilla me va bien ( se conecta) pero el explore no se conecta, la verdad ke el explore me da igual pero el messenger no me deja abrir ninguna direccion de correo y me da un error (nº 80048820) y le e mirado lo de la hora y esta bien pero no me deja entrar en el messenger ¿ke puede ser? gracias.

bueno , ya estan todos los problemas resuelto( ya me funziona los dos navegadores, el mesenger...)tambien tengo sonido , lo unico raro ke le veo es ke mis bacuk de juegos de psp ante me los reconocia como un archivo iso y ahora me los reconoce como winrrar no me sale el archivo isoy sin enbargo los cso si me los reconoce bien. gracias por todo. (solucionado)
