So, you can say " I have school on Mondays" as m0skit0 suggested. So, you can use it like in Spanish "Tengo clases los lunes" or "Tengo que ir al instituto los lunes"

Yes, I did that research too, but I'm still not sure you can say it that way. Maybe some people say it, but that doesn't mean it's correct
