---Information---
Do you have a PSP Phat? Have you noticed odd things like USB Host not working and not being able to use Remote Play? Then this tut is for you! The reason for these problems is that your IDStorage is corrupted, most likely this happened because that PSP has a TA-082 or a TA-086 motherboard and was downgraded to 1.50 using an early TA-082/86 downgrader which purposely corrupts the IDStorage to allow the 1.50 kernel to boot, this tut will attempt to fix it. If this tut fails to fix your problem, I recommend re-generating your IDStorage using Despertar del Cementerio v8.
For more info on the IDStorage, see this post by Erland: viewtopic.php?f=66&t=3297

Now you should see this:
Step 4: If you have a TA-079 or a TA-081 press the O button, if you have a TA-082 or a TA-086 press the X button.
After you press the button that goes with your motherboard, you'll see this screen:
Step 5: If you have bad keys, you'll see something similar to this, fix everything, but don't patch key 0x0005:
Step 6: If key 0x0005 is unpatched, you'll want to leave it as is, if it IS patched, then unpatch it, then you'll see something like this:
Step 7: Do as it says and you'll be back to this screen:
You're done, so hit the O button to exit
