The Unofficial CXMB work with 5.03 Gen-A and CFWE 2.51 and 3.00 and 3.01

(registration required but they have an theme converter for 5.00 m33 themes in their package).
UPDATE: Total-noob released Version 2 today.

(if you update from version 1 you only need to overwrite the cxmb.prx in ms0:/cxmb. If you are are on a fresh install just use this guide with the new version of cxmb.)
You have two options, use full or light. I use full. And you should be in Gen or cfwe mode
1.) Copy the folder cxmb from full to the root of your ms
2.) Make sure you have a THEME folder in ms0/PSP (Should be ms0/PSP/THEME
3.) go to ms0/seplugins/vsh.txt and copy this in the .txt file : ms0:/cxmb/cxmb.prx 1 and save.
4.) put a custom theme in the THEME folder and restart your PSP.
5.) Go to Theme-Settings -> themes and chose your custom theme and apply.
Note 1:
Don´t use a custom background if you´re planning to make full restarts of your PSP.
With custom-backgrounds you can NOT start the chickHEN.
If your psp crashes or something with a different background selected
then boot into OFW and set background to original (classic don´t work from time to time).
Note 2:
U can use 5.02 gen themes and there are some 5.03 gen themes out.
You can use 5.00 m33 themes but you have to convert them. For this go to: http://www.consolespot.net/ and download the Unofficial CXMB for 5.03 GEN-A. The converter is included.
Note 3:
Even if you have installed a custom theme via this method you can not see it until you are back in Gen or CFWE mode. In OFW and HEN you have the original Theme.

Back to standard theme:
1.)Go to Theme-Settings -> Themes and apply the original theme
2.)In this menu go to the custom theme you have used and use the delete option. Otherwise it will not unload complete
3.)restart your psp and your back to original.
(maybe you can unload the theme by only switch back to original/classic and reboot without deleting the custom theme, you shoud try it out what works best for you. It depends on what psp-model and loader you are)
If you can not load Gen or CFWE after applying a theme then connect with the OFW or chickHEN and simply delete the last theme you have added. But it shouldn´t happen if you only use supported themes!
Personal note: I have tested this on a PSP 2004 with 5.03 Gen-A and CFWE 2.51 and 3.00 and 3.01.
And on a PSP 3004 with 5.03 Gen-A and CFWE 3.00.
Don´t do any stupid things with custom themes etc. And only use themes for this version (5.02 Gen and 5.03 Gen-A and converted 5.00 M33 themes. Don´t apply any other themes than .ctf themes for this version! If you don´t follow this and brick your PSP than it´s your own fault!!!!
