I know other ppl have done this or experenced this (ie punctured your battery trying to hard mod). This a quick and dirty guide to rebuilding a battery.

Please I am not responsible for any hardware and or personal damage from following this guide.

Save the board and housting for this guide.

Parts needed:
1 Dead psp battery
Exacto knife
Soldering Iron
LI-Ion battery 750mha or greater
PSP capable of soft modding battery

Step 1 Remove old battery from the B+ & B- terminals (I just cut them)




Step 2 Find a suitable re-placement battery (I use NDS-Lite battery packs (1000mha and 2200mha)), prepair 2 short wires, and tin the wires and your battery terminals. (Cell phone batteries will work in a pinch, after clipping NDS batteries they fit in the original housting perfectly)


Step 3 Solder terminals




Step 4 reflash battery (Soft mod pandora will do( this resets the charge controller)). You can do this with Hellcat's Recovery Flasher, or Pandora Creator.

Step 5 Charge and enjoy!
