Requisites:
- The official headphone for PSP Slim
- 2 female 3.5mm mini jack
- 1 four conductor 3.5mm mini jack
- Wires
- Patience
Procedure
This adapter will split the PSP’ s official headphone connector, so you will be able to use a regular PC headset by connecting the mic and the phones to the female 3.5 mm mini jacks. To make the adapter just solder wires to each connector following this schematic:
Testing the adapter
Before trying to make calls, check each connection point with a tester. If you’re sure everything is fine then:
- Connect the adapter to the PSP’ s headphone.
- Connect you PC’ s headset to the adapter.
- Make a Skype phone call.
